Our Plastic Zipper Top Stop Injection Molding Machine completes one-shot molding of both the top stopper and pin-box directly on the zipper gapping space area through a dedicated injection mold. The new-generation machine features a servo-motor–driven clamping unit, enabling precise control of clamping force and clamping time. This ensures a full, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing stopper profile, while eliminating common defects seen in conventional motor systems, such as insufficient filling or material flash caused by unstable clamping pressure.
Equipped with a fully electric injection system, our machine operates without hydraulic oil or cooling water. This not only reduces operating costs and maintenance, but also avoids oil leakage and wastewater concerns, supporting cleaner, more sustainable production. The all-electric design helps factories maintain a dry, comfortable, and environmentally friendly workshop.
In addition, a stepper-motor pulling and positioning mechanism guarantees accurate position alignment at the molding station. Reliable positioning minimizes injection offset, significantly reducing zipper rejection rates and improving yield consistency.
