Founded in 2017 amid the global wave of smart‑manufacturing transformation, Changshu Geili Zipper Equipment Co., Ltd. stepped into the zipper automation equipment industry at a critical time. While high‑end automatic zipper processing machinery and customized production‑line solutions were heavily dependent on overseas brands, we set out on our journey driven by the ambition to deliver home‑grown, reliable automation technology for the zipper sector.
Production Equipment
Our production base is fitted out with 76 advanced, high‑precision machining units, forming a full‑chain manufacturing and quality‑inspection system. The extensive equipment portfolio consists of CNC machining centers, wire‑cut EDM machines, CNC lathes, high‑precision engraving machines, laser engravers, die‑sinking EDM machines, and fully automatic surface grinders, which support high‑efficiency, high‑precision machining of core mechanical components.
Complementing our processing hardware, we have deployed a full suite of quality‑testing facilities, including material composition analyzers and hardness testers to verify raw‑material performance. Meanwhile, Keyence intelligent vision inspection systems are adopted to carry out automated defect detection, eliminating manual inspection errors and raising overall inspection accuracy. This comprehensive hardware strength underpins our capability to develop, customize and manufacture high‑end zipper automation equipment with outstanding precision and durability.
