An integrated safety feature instantly reduces pressure and speed when a hand is detected within the molding area, preventing potential injuries.
The welding horn remains fixed during operation while only the upper die moves, ensuring energy efficiency and protecting the horn from wear. With double-sided tape sealing technology, the Metal Zipper Film Sealing Machine achieves stronger welding and exceptional adhesion. The laminated tape film firmly bonds to the zipper chain, enduring heavy-duty washing and meeting waterproof standards.
