The Plastic Zipper Close-End Injection Moulding Machine is engineered for the high-efficiency production of top and bottom stops on closed-end zippers already fixed with sliders. By applying precise injection moulding, it creates robust, uniformly shaped stops in one continuous and efficient operation.
Designed for maximum stability and rapid cycling, the machine incorporates a solid four-pillar frame that guarantees smooth, low-vibration performance. Its quick-change nested mould system accelerates clamping and curing times, substantially increasing overall output. An integrated slider-guiding unit enables automatic feeding of zippers with attached sliders, removing the need for manual intervention and lowering operational labor requirements.
Accuracy is ensured through a dedicated stepper motor-driven tape positioning system, which aligns each zipper precisely within the mould. Furthermore, a servo-controlled mould clamping mechanism provides meticulous regulation of pressure and hold time. This precise control eliminates defects such as incomplete filling or excess flash, resulting in perfectly formed stops with sharp definition and reliable consistency.
