Paired with specialized ultrasonic tool and welding heads, it not only achieves clean, one-step cutting but also seals the edges through ultrasonic heat-melt technology. This ensures neat, fuzz-free, fray-resistant finishes that remain intact even after washing-significantly extending the service life of each zipper.
