That is a problem we heard repeatedly from manufacturers around the world. Our Nylon Zipper Cutting Machine solves it. This is not a modified standard cutter. It is purpose-built for extra-long chains. It turns a difficult operation into a smooth, dependable process.
We replaced pneumatic cylinder cutting with our own frequency-tracking ultrasonic system. The results are clear: much lower noise in your workshop and cleaner, fuzz-free cut edges. Clean edges improve zipper quality and make downstream processing easier. The cutting accuracy stays consistent even on chains that run up to 10 meters. After cutting, an automatic gripper picks up one end of the zipper and places it into a collection tray. No manual handling. Less labor. No interruptions. You can also add an AI vision inspection system for instant defect detection and an automatic packing unit. These options reduce manual involvement in quality control and packaging.
