Our Metal Zipper Open End Cutting Machine features a self-developed chain feeding and positioning mechanism, enabling smooth passage of even special sliders. The positioning mechanism ensures accurate alignment of the box, preventing skewed cuts. Additionally, our machine incorporates a frequency-tracking ultrasonic system, delivering extremely low noise during cutting. Equipped with specialized ultrasonic cutting tool and welding heads, it seamlessly cuts the zipper while using ultrasonic heat to melt the edges. This results in neat, fuzz-free cuts that are wash-resistant and significantly extend the zipper's service life.
